How does E-CAR use data and personal information?

In order to achieve our goal, which is to provide clients with convenient and efficient service, E-CAR requires clients’ personal information for accountancy documents (invoices) preparation and processing as well as lease agreements and for communication, including efficient correspondence with clients.

E-CAR firmly assumes obligation not to expose clients’ data and personal information to any third parties. The only exception is providing data to law enforcement bodies, on their requirement within the framework of legal and authorized rights, as well as to new owners of E-CAR vehicle lease/brand in the event of selling E-CAR vehicle lease business or E-CAR reorganization.
